WingHouse Fight Night coming Nov. 11

Local boxing favorite Jose “Cheloman” Alonzo will fight for a title in the latest installment of the WingHouse Fight Night series, which will be their final show for 2011.

The show, which will take place Nov. 11 at A La Carte Event Pavilion, will feature Spring Hill’s Alonzo (12-0, 7 KOs) against Sarasota’s Adam Jaco (9-4-1, 4 KOs) in the main event for the vacant Florida State super middleweight belt.

This is the second fight for Alonzo in his return to the ring, after taking an eight-year hiatus from the sport following a broken ankle and lost desire to box.

The card, a joint venture between Ker’s WingHouse and Fight Night Productions, will also include Charlie “The Beast” Serrano (13-2-0, 3 KOs), Daniel “El Alacran” Lozano (10-0-0, 7 KOs) and Manny “Shake ‘Em Up” Woods (7-1-1, 3 KOs), to name a few.

Tickets for the event, which start at $25, can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations. For VIP table information, contact Aaron Jacobs at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

The official weigh-in, which is open to the public, will take place 5 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Pinellas Park Ker’s WingHouse Bar & Grill, 7790 U.S. Highway 19 N., Pinellas Park.
