Traffic Signals Driving You Crazy?
According to the Hartford 2010 Drivability Survey which took a look at what makes U.S. cities drivable, 47% of Tampa drivers think the area is “very drivable” but 32% agree timing traffic signals better would make the Tampa area even more drivable.
