The Lions might be 0-10, but Rod Marinelli knows a winner when he sees one.
When Detroit’s embattled coach returns home late at night from the club’s facility, he unwinds by watching tapes of “Dancing With the Stars,’’ provided by his wife, Barbara.
In the latest episode, Marinelli saw ex-Buc DT Warren Sapp advance to the finals, along with his partner Kym Johnson.
“When he first got on it, the first thing I said was Warren will win it,’’ said Marinelli, Sapp’s defensive line coach in Tampa. “We know what kind of athlete he is. He loves the arena, he loves the lights. The bigger the arena, the better he performs. He’ll dominate this thing.’‘
