Not a good start this morning for St. Pete drivers… a Hazmat situation has forced officials to shut-down 28th Street N between 118th Avenue and Roosevelt Blvd and 34th Street N between 118th Avenue and Ulmerton Road. Plan for delays in the area and give yourself extra time, especially if you are heading out to catch a flight at the St. Pete/Clearwater International Airport.
