TAMPA - The Bucs have released their official injury report for Sunday’s game at New Orleans. It’s not very revealing.
The good news is that QB Jeff Garcia (right calf/right pinky finger) is probable, which means it’s virtually certain that they’ll play. CB Aqib Talib (unknown illness) and TE Ben Troupe (foot) are also listed as probable.
The list of players who are questionable (meaning they’re 50-50 for the game) is rather lengthy. It includes FB B.J. Askew (foot/ankle - he said this week he’s not allowed to tell us which one it reall is), WR Antonio Bryant (knee), WR Joey Galloway (groin), WR Michael Clayton (groin), DT Jovan Haye (groin), LB Matt McCoy (groin), S Sabby Piscitelli (knee) and DT Ryan Sims (thigh). Don’t worry, though. The guess here is that all will be ready to play Sunday.
The only player listed as out is RG Davin Joseph, he of the broken right foot.
So there you have it; the first official injury report of the season. Hope that clears everything up for you fantasy fans.
