Here are some first-half stats from the USF-Kent State game here at the Sun Dome:
* USF is shooting 54.8 percent and limiting the Golden Flashes to 31 percent
* F Gus Gilchrist leads the Bulls with 12 points on 5 of 10 shooting
* The Bulls own a 23-12 edge in rebounding
* C Jarrid Famous has eight points and seven rebounds
* Perhaps the most impressive stat is that Stan Heath used 10 players, providing the starters some rest. G Jordan Dumars leads all USF bench players with six points.
