Zhills Girls lifting job open

The Zephyrhills girls weightlifting team will be without head coach Dave Brown after he was recently promoted.
Brown was promoted to assistant plant manager at R.B. Cox Elementary, which will keep him from being able to coach the team.
“I know all the Bulldog athletes will miss Coach Brown’s leadership with the weightlifting program,” Zephyrhills principal Steve Van Gorden said in an email. “Everyone supports him in his career advancement. He is well deserving of this chance.”
The school will advertise its opening with the school district in the days to come.
