WingHouse Fight Night Feb. 19 at A La Carte

Fight Night Productions and TKO Boxing Promotions will put on Fight Night Feb 19 at the A La Carte Event Pavilion.

The card, presented by Ker’s WingHouse Bar and Grille, will feature Wauchula’s Edner “Cherry Bomb” Cherry (25-6-2, 13 KOs). This will be his first fight in Tampa since his June 2007 victory against Wes Ferguson.

This a part of TKO Boxing Promotions’ “Hometown Heroes to World Champions” series.

Also on the card is St. Petersburg heavyweight Lenroy “TNT” Thomas (14-1, 8 KOs), Tampa favorite “Cowgirl” Jenna Shiver (9-4-1, 2 KOs), Ahsandi “Mr. Brixx” Gibbs (10-1, 4 KOs) and Ali Tareh (7-7-4, 4 KOs). Tareh will face James Todd (2-2-1), while the other matchups have not been announced.

Tickets, which start at $20, can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the first match will begin at 8 p.m.
