Former USF linebacker Kion Wilson concluded practice Thursday for Saturday’s East-West Shrine Game in Orlando.
Kickoff is 3 p.m. at the Florida Citrus Bowl. Wilson, the only USF player in the game, is playing on the East Team.
Wilson had a quiet week based on practice reports from Scouts, Inc. He made a nice pass break-up Wednesday, but for the most part, Wilson has flown under the radar.
He recently signed Drew Rosenhaus as his agent, who is also representing former USF defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul.
According to Scouts, Inc., Boston College MLB Mike McLaughlin was the most impressive East linebacker during practice this week in front of NFL scouts and player personnel representatives.
Wilson led the Bulls in tackles last season, including a career-high 18 in a loss at Rutgers. He measured 6-0, 232 pounds this week in Orlando, and is projected as possibly a mid- to late-round pick in April’s draft.

Scott, on your “Shootin’ The Bull” logo, there’s a small black line going from the B onto the horn of the U in “bull”. What is that? Is it supposed to represent a crack in USF? What gives? Was there a hair on the artwork?
