Want to be inspired?
Hang out with former Jesuit football coach Bill Minahan for an afternoon and your inspiration cup will runneth over. There’s an opportunity to do just that on Friday when Minahan hosts his Second annual Wild Bill Celebrity Luncheon.

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City, Minahan will be holding court, sharing stories about his kidney transplant 24 years ago and rallying those in attendance to donate to LifeLink.
Some of those scheduled to serve as celebrity waiters are Tampa Tribune columnist Steve Otto and food guru Jeff Houck, St. Petersburg Times columnist Ernest Hooper, former University of Tampa and San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Freddie Solomon and Plant head football coach Robert Weiner.
Last year, Minahan regaled the luncheon guests with a speech that made you want to donate an organ right then and there. So if you’re in the mood for a little inspiration and want to hear one of the best in the business deliver a great pre-game speech, stop by. You won’t be sorry.
