A classic example of the laziness of school administrators. A student misbehaves on campus at a school function and instead of the administration addressing the issue they get law enforcement to handle it so they don’t have to and suddenly misbehavior has been elevated to criminal activity. See it all the time at high school gamrs nowdays.
