Hillsborough County public school coaches recently gathered to select the girls basketball Western Conference Basketball Team.
Sickles’ Amber Henson was named the American Division’s Player of the Year. Tampa Bay Tech’s Jasmine Rodriguez was named the National Division’s Player of the Year and East Bay’s Shytina Harley was named the Federal Division’s Player of the Year.

Jefferson’s Tom Mosca (American Division), Tech’s Reggie Lawrence (National Division) and Spoto’ Mareka Davis (Federal Division) were named Coach of the Year.
