Welch has signed; Chandler too?

USF received Williston RB/WR Deonte Welch’s official letter-of-intent a few minutes ago.

Welch is a good pick-up by the Bulls. He had committed to Arkansas last month, but USF renewed pursuit of him once Holtz arrived and turned him.

The Miami Herald is reporting Miami Northwestern DT Todd Chandler will sign with the Bulls.

USF has not officially received his letter-of-intent, but Chandler is the highest-ranked player on USF’s board at No. 67 in the nation by ESPNU.

I’ll let you know as soon as we get confirmation his LOI has arrived.
