Warning USF Fans: Do Not Try At Home

At the end of USF’s practice today at the Rogers Centre, I was talking to senior safety Nate Allen when I noticed a player doing back flip after back flip on the field.

It was a back-flip contest between USF’s Jason Pierre-Paul and Kion Wilson. Fortunately, one of USF’s sports information officials had the video camera rolling.

“That’s an athlete,’’ Allen said. “Sometimes he’ll do a back-flip just standing on the sideline.’‘
