Lee Vohdin has been named East Bay High’s new girls soccer coach, Indians athletic director Scot Tipton announced Wednesday.

Vohdin replaces Rebecca Wickham, who resigned at the conclusion of last season. Vohdin was a volunteer assistant under Wickham and has 13 years of coaching experience in the county, Tipton said.

Last season, East Bay was the district runner-up of Class 4A-9 and lost to 2010 state runner-up and 2011 state semifinalist Seminole 1-0 in the first round.
