University of South Florida senior women’s soccer player Noelle Pineiro was named the Big East Conference’s Offensive Player of the Week following a five-point game in Sunday’s rout of Alabama A&M.
Pineiro scored one goal and added three assists - all in just 28 minutes of action - in the 9-0 win, which pushed the Bulls season record to 2-1.
“Everybody enjoys combining with Noelle,” Bulls coach Denise Schilte-Brown said in a press release. “She’s got great passing technique, good vision and she is very lethal in front of the goal as well. I think when you put all those things together you have a great combination.”
