The University of South Florida’s first visit to Florida State on Sept. 26 will feature a noon kickoff.
The game will be televised on ESPNU.
The Bulls will be making their first appearance to Tallahassee as part of a home-and-home series with the Seminoles. FSU will make the return trip to Tampa on Sept. 29, 2012.
On Saturday the Bulls (2-0) host Charleston Southern, while the Seminoles (1-1) visit No. 7 Brigham Young.
The USF-Charleston Southern game will not be televised, but available online for $9.95 on the school’s official website.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is someone who does not have ESPNU or a dish supposed to watch it?
So much for FSU being relevant….if they had not lost to UM or played horribly against JSU this game would have been on the the bigger networks for sure.
Very disappointing!

Matt Grothe loves a noon start.
Which FSU team shows up? The one that lost (on a dropped TD pass) to Miami or the team that barely beat Jacksonville State. You know that usf will be pumped to the heavens for this one. This is exciting. Either way, you know this game will be decided by a late score.
What a pleasure NOT to have a running back by committee. Plancher will hopefully be the type of the RB that is running downhill late in the game.

Does nayone know if it is still possible for this game to be picked up by ESPN Gameplan or for USF to show it via the web?
Thanks.

this game will be decided by a late score…and an early score…and many in between….and will give usf the first of 5 or more losses this year…and a captain prozac meltdwon….you’re not playing 1AA teams after week 3

Rashad, you cannot be talking this year’s fsu squad. Granted, the jacksonville state was bound to happen (i.e.,, “a trap game”) because it was sandwiched between Miami and BYU. You are not giving Grothe enough credit. It is like politics, you cannot get to the top (all time leading yardage gainer in the Big East) without being a tough hombre. You will see.
If I had to fight in a war, I would love to have Grothe fighting right next to me.

jsaff…i agree that grothe is tough…and this year he seems more comfortable in the offense and is playing better….but…he is not the entire team…my comment has more to do with the usf team than the fsu team….and ultimately the coaching and undisciplined atmosphere of the football team as a whole….we will both wait and see but i am afraid that they are destined to lose more than most people think this year….and what hurts is i am a fan of usf….just not leavitt….and i think he has reached the acme of what this program will be under him….
