Bob, let’s see. Pittsburgh lost last week, so I thought: should I move them up 10 spots or drop them completely out of the poll? I couldn’t decide so I flipped a coin. It landed on heads, so I dropped Pitt out of the Top 25. That’s why the Panthers are no longer ranked above USF.

Brett,
What happened to Pitt being above USF?

Brian, I think that was a good one for Fresno, but beating the Big East’s No. 4-5 “projected” best team doesn’t deserve a ranking. UCLA had a solid case to get ranked, but Tennessee dominated the game between the 20s. UCLA visits BYU next - if the Bruins win, they’ll be in my Top 25 then.

Thanks for not voting for Fresno State. I can’t believe they got so many votes! Rutgers looked lost without Ray Rice. I don’t think Rutgers is going anywhere this year.
I’m also surprised UCLA got so many votes. Their 3rd string QB threw 4 picks in the first half. I’m not sure so many other teams they play will let that slide. No one knows what they look like when/if their other QBs return.
I’m just not sold on them. I’d wait a week or two to slide them in. Same with Fresno.
The USC over Virginia win did look real good opposed to the Georgia win.

HAHAHAHA!!!
Brett, you rule!
As for UCLA, if they beat BYU that is definitely when they should get ranked.
