Bob, let’s see. Pittsburgh lost last week, so I thought: should I move them up 10 spots or drop them completely out of the poll? I couldn’t decide so I flipped a coin. It landed on heads, so I dropped Pitt out of the Top 25. That’s why the Panthers are no longer ranked above USF. “

HAHAHAHA!!!

Brett, you rule!

As for UCLA, if they beat BYU that is definitely when they should get ranked.

Brett,
What happened to Pitt being above USF?

Brian, I think that was a good one for Fresno, but beating the Big East’s No. 4-5 “projected” best team doesn’t deserve a ranking. UCLA had a solid case to get ranked, but Tennessee dominated the game between the 20s. UCLA visits BYU next - if the Bruins win, they’ll be in my Top 25 then.

Thanks for not voting for Fresno State.  I can’t believe they got so many votes!  Rutgers looked lost without Ray Rice.  I don’t think Rutgers is going anywhere this year.

I’m also surprised UCLA got so many votes.  Their 3rd string QB threw 4 picks in the first half.  I’m not sure so many other teams they play will let that slide.  No one knows what they look like when/if their other QBs return.

I’m just not sold on them.  I’d wait a week or two to slide them in.  Same with Fresno.

The USC over Virginia win did look real good opposed to the Georgia win.
