The offense returned on USF’s opening drive of the third quarter. The Bulls drove 80 yards on 10 plays, capped by a 20-yard run by QB B.J. Daniels.
The run put Daniels over 100 yards rushing on the afternoon and gives USF a 24-16 lead here midway in the third quarter.
All three of USF’s scoring drives have been 80 yards today.
Time to see if the defense can slow ... hmmm, the answer is yes.
As I was typing, Nate Allen picked off Adam Froman’s pass to give the Bulls possession at Louisville’s 21.
Stay tuned.
