USF had the ball for 12 minutes, 35 seconds in the first quarter, yet the Bulls trail 6-0 at the end of the first quarter here at snowy Rentschler Field.
USF had six first downs to UConn’s two, but the Huskies drove 56 yards on two plays to take the lead. The big play came on a 44-yard pass from Zach Frazer to Marcus Easley that gave the Huskies’ the ball at USF’s 12. On the next play, Andre Dixon scored.
