TUF Q&A: You’ve got to roll with the nicknames

Q: So yourself, Schoonover and Meathead all seemed to get tagged with nicknames on the show. Did anyone get one they cared for or were any of you successful in getting people to stop using them?

And while we don’t know if you ever get to fight him but did you ever get your chance to roll with Nelson?

A: Zak was also nicknamed Linderman, by Kimbo.  No one really loved their nicknames, but their isn’t much that can be done about it. Personally, I decided to really just roll with it and actually at MarcusJonesMMA.com fans can vote for my fight name:  “The Darkness” or “Big Baby.”

Yes, I rolled with Roy at tryouts.  His jiu-jitsu is phenomenal.  There are a few things I can tell by rolling, and man, he is really a high level JJ guy.
