Trop was an option for Indians, Angels

ARLINGTON, Texas—The Rays got a call from the Indians inquiring about the feasibility of moving their series against the Angels to Tropicana Field. The Rays were willing to help out the snowbound Indians, who were seeking alternate sites for the series set to begin tomorrow, but Cleveland ultimately decided to play at Milwaukee’s Miller Park instead. According to Rays president Matt Silverman, Tampa Bay and Houston were the fallback options if Milwaukee didn’t work out.
