Top 10 QBs

1. Matt Ryan, Boston College - Ryan has established himself as the top QB prospect and the gap has widened over the past month.
2. Brian Brohm, Louisville - Brohm suffered through numerous injuries during his college career, but if given a stout offensive line, has all the tools to excel at the next level.
3. Chad Henne, Michigan - Another player who has dealt with his share of injuries, Henne has proved that he can make all the throws and has the size and strength NFL teams look for.
4. Joe Flacco, Delaware - Played one year at Pittsburgh before transferring.  Has great size (6-6), but will face questions about lesser competition.
5. Andre Woodson, Kentucky - Has slowly slipped down draft boards becuase of poor footwork and mechanics.  Could struggle to adjust to more complicated playbooks after playing in a very simple system.
6. Josh Johnson, San Diego - Will also face questions about the level of competition, but has decent height (6-3) and good speed (4.6) for a QB.  Had a TD-INT ratio of 43-1 last season.
7. John David Booty, USC - Scouts wonder if his success was due to his supporting cast more than his own abilities.  Ken Dorsey, anyone?
8. Colt Brennan, Hawai’i - Will struggle to learn an NFL offense, but has all the phyical tools.  If a team is patient enough to bring him along very slowly, he could be a steal.
9. Eric Ainge, Tennessee - A tough competitor who fought through QB controversy and injuries, Ainge has all the intangibles teams look for in a field general.
10. Dennis Dixon, Oregon - All things hinge on Dixon’s recovery from a severe knee injury that ended his 2007 campaign.  If he can return to 100%, is an electrifying playmaker who creates mismatches with his speed and agility.
