1. Mark Sanchez, USC - Bows to Stafford when it comes to arm strength and starting experience, but is still a better overall prospect with lower risk.
2. Matthew Stafford, Georgia - NFL teams love his rocket arm and tough conference experience, but was too inconsistent to warrant the top overall pick.
3. Josh Freeman, Kansas State - Massive signal-caller with great arm strength who will benefit from his experience in a pro-style offense.
4. Pat White, West Virginia - Projected at WR by some, White has all the skills to be a solid QB except for prototypical size.  One of the best overall athletes in the entire draft.
5. Rhett Bomar, Sam Houston State - Has all the tools you look for, but must prove he can still be counted on against superior competition.
6. Stephen McGee, Texas A&M - Solid performer who was hindered by injuries and extreme changes in offensive playbooks with the Aggies.
7. Nate Davis, Ball State - Undersized, but has a quick release and can make things happen with his legs if a play breaks down.
8. Graham Harrell, Texas Tech - Trying to shake the “system QB” tag, will have to prove his poor Senior Bowl performance was a fluke.
9. John Parker Wilson, Alabama - Tough player with great leadership skills, but marginal arm strength and lack of mobility are problems.
10. Nathan Brown, Central Arkansas - Smart and accurate, but sports a sidearm motion that doesn’t pair well with his lack of height.
