There was no banging of fists or the need to be separated at the Feb. 7 Antonio Tarver-Clinton Woods press conference. That was taken care of two days earlier during the London, England conference. The two will square off April 12 at the Forum in Tampa as the main event on a card, which will include Chad Dawson against Glen Johnson for Dawson’s WBC light heavyweight belt.
The Tarver-Woods clash will be for Tarver’s IBO belt and Woods’ IBF belt. Take a peek at the action in London.
Tickets went on sale Feb. 9 at the Forum’s McDonald’s Box Office and Ticketmaster outlets. Tickets, which range from $27.75 for general admission to $1,002.75 for VIP seats, can also be purchased by calling (813) 287-8844 or (727) 898-2100.
