Terriers product Lovett leads Colorado State

Former Hillsborough star wide out Charles Lovett has just completed his sophomore season at Colorado State University as the Rams’ leading receiver in catches (35) and total yardage (428).
The 5-foot-8, 179-pound Lovett averaged 12.2 yards per catch, had a long of 65 yards and scored two touchdowns for CSU, which finished the season 4-8. He also returned four kicks for 70 yards this fall.
At Hillsborough, Lovett was a four-year starter where besides receiver. saw duty at quarterback, running back and kick returner. By the time he graduated in 2010, he had become Hillsborough’s all-time leader in receiving yards with nearly 2,300 and scoring 33 touchdowns.
