Tampa Catholic cornerback Tyree Holder picked up another scholarship offer this week when the University of Toledo officially made him a pitch, Crusaders coach Bob Henriquez announced Tuesday.
The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Holder is a shutdown corner and three-year starter for the Crusaders. He also has offers from Stony Brook and Ball State and plans to visit those schools, as well as Toledo, in January.
Holder finished this season with two interceptions and 24 tackles. He also saw duty on offense as a receiver and handled the bulk of the Crusaders’ punt return chores.
