TC’s Buckley, Bomar out for tonight’s game

Tampa Catholic senior linebacker Aaron Buckley is being held out of tonight’s road game against Ocala Trinity Catholic because of a concussion, Crusaders coach Bob Henriquez said.

Also not suiting up for TC tonight is another senior linebacker, Carson Bomar, who is still bothered by a nagging hamstring injury.

Buckley received his concussion during last week’s loss to Berkeley Prep while Bomar has been suffering the hamstring problem for several weeks.

The Crusaders, 0-2, are seeking their first win of the season tonight against a Trinity Catholic squad that is 2-0 after posting victories over larger public schools Gainesville and Ocala Vanguard.
