Tampa Prep rower Austin Hunter has accepted an offer from Boston University according to an E-mail from school athletic director Mike Flynn.
The Terrapins senior was a member of the Tampa Prep varsity four that qualified for the Scholastic Nationals last spring and trained in New Zealand this past summer.
Flynn’s E-mail said Hunter extends Tampa Prep’s rowers college offer tradition following last year’s alums rower Taylor Burdge (Stanford) and coxswain Sky Drazek (Holbert College).
