Tampa Prep has announced Andrew Wilson will take over the Terrapins’ volleyball coaching duties.
Wilson has more than a decade of coaching experience in the area including stints as the head coach at Clearwater Central Catholic and as an assistant at East Lake, his alma mater.
“We are fortunate to have Coach Wilson at the helm of our volleyball program,” Terrapins athletic director Mike Flynn said in a release. “Between his knowledge of the game and his ability to relate to and lead young people, we are confident that Tampa Prep’s Volleyball Program is in great hands.”
Wilson takes over the program from Jessica Lamm, who was named the new volleyball coach at Plant High Wednesday, after Lamm led the Terrapins to the 3A region finals last season.
