The accolades continue to pile up following Tampa Catholic’s historic second-consecutive state championship.
Senior guard Meghan Keough was named the Class 3A Player of the Year by the Florida Dairy Farmers. Crusaders head coach Nancy Kroll was named the 3A Coach of the Year. It’s the second-consecutive year Kroll earned this honor.

Keough helped lead her team to back-to-back state titles, a first in Hillsborough County. She scored a game-high 30 points in Tampa Catholic’s 48-37 victory against North Broward Prep in the 3A title game.
This past season, Keough was the county’s second-leading scorer with an average of 21.2 points per game.
Keough is now eligible for the Miss Basketball title as the overall top player in Florida. Kroll is also eligible for overall Coach of the Year award.
