Storm add Rubin

The Tampa Bay Storm added two new players Tuesday, including former USF receiver DeAndrew Rubin.
Rubin has spent some time in the AFL before, both with the Orlando Predators and New Orleans VooDoo.
In addition, Sedrick Robinson, the league’s all-time leader in kick return yardage who was signed Monday, announced this will be his final season in the AFL.
