Brett Dulaney, who is based on the University of South Florida campus as general manager of ISP Sports, has been hired as the first executive director for the St. Petersburg Bowl.
Also, Carlos Padilla, an account executive for ISP Sports at USF, will be the St. Pete Bowl’s sales director. Neither Dulaney or Padilla could be reached for comment Thursday.
Dulaney has been working with ESPN Regional and ISP Sports in conjunction with USF athletics for the past four years. A USF graduate, Padilla was with ISP Sports for the past year.
The St. Pete Bowl debuts Dec. 20 at Tropicana Field (4:30 p.m., ESPN2), matching teams from the Big East and Conference USA.
