Soccer: Gaither’s Moore verbally commits to University of Tampa

Gaither’s Lauren Moore announced she has verbally committed to the University of Tampa. Moore, a junior, leads Gaither (6-3-1) this season with eight goals and five assists. Moore also led the Cowboys in scoring last season with 13 goals.
Moore said she chose Tampa after deciding she wanted to stay close to home and because of the school’s reputation and Spartans coach Gerry Lucey.
