Sickles’ Henson selected for Youth Olympics

Sickles High basketball standout Amber Henson has been selected to participate in the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in Singapore.
Competing this past week at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., Henson was picked for the 3 on 3 girls basketball team.
The Youth Olympics will be held Aug. 14-26 in Singapore.
The 6-foot-4 Henson led Hillsborough County in scoring this past season with 620 points.
