She Stands Out In A Crowd

Blonde over Florida blue, Kristy Paulick certainly stands out in the Ohio State crowd. ‘‘I’m used to it,’’ says Paulick. ‘‘I’m usually the only Gator fan here, and I like it.’’ Paulick is one of two Florida fans who have slipped past the Buckeye barricade at Buffalo Wild Wings in Brandon. She came with an Ohio State crowd, though. Her boyfriend and his cousin are decked in red and gray beside her. ‘‘I expect a lot of taunting,’’ says Paulick. ‘‘It’s going to be a long night.’’ Behind me, Matt Hacking’s voice washes over Billy Joel’s. ‘‘O-H!’’ he calls. ‘‘I-O!’’ the crowd responds.
