Season ticket sales exceed 25,000

Season ticket sales for the University of South Florida have exceeded a record 25,000 and are approaching 26,000, USF assistant AD Chris Freet said Wednesday.

USF exceeded the previous record of 20,043 earlier this summer and there are only about 3,000 lower bowl season tickets remaining. Single-game lower bowl tickets for USF home games will be not sold until after the Kansas game Sept. 12. Only upper deck single-game tickets are available for the Tennessee-Martin and Kansas home games.

For more home or away, season or single-game ticket information go to: the school’s website.

Also, season tickets can be purchased at Sunday’s Fan Appreciation Day at Raymond James Stadium. Fans can select their seats beginning at 2 p.m. The actual Fan Day festivities won’t begin until 3 p.m. and conclude at 6 p.m.

At Fan Day, USF will unveil its new Under Armour green, home jerseys and have various activities for the fans. Also, all of the Bulls’ players and coaches will be available for autographs.

Steve, see you there. Hey, if you have your patented face paint on it better be sweat proof. It’s gonna be hot and sticky out there.

I already had 8 tickets in sect235 and this year I purchased 8 more just below that in sect 135. It wasn’t too long ago that I couldn’t give away tickets. Not now.  I really looking forward to this season. See you sunday, Brett. GO BULLS!

As Alumni and a season ticket holder who now lives in Raleigh, NC (yes, I come down for 3 games per year) I think it’s awesome.

We’ve got an opportunity to become an intimidating crowd.

GO BULLS!!!!!!

Oh Yes...make the travel to the NC State game as well

Paul, those lower bowl tickets will be especially hard to find for the KU game. I’d be surprised if it’s not a firm sell out, like last year’s West Virginia game.

Great to hear those season ticket numbers are up. The Bulls are a much better deal for the money than the Bucs. I guess those that want lower bowl tickets for the first couple of games need to go to stubhub.com or some other resale site. GO BULLS!!!
