Samuels Named AFL’s Ironman Of The Week
Tampa Bay Storm veteran WR/LB Lawrence Samuels was named the Arena Football League’s Ironman of the Week after his performance during Tampa Bay’s 48-41 win at rival Orlando.
Samuels had five receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown and added another score on an interception of Predators quarterback Shane Stafford.
It is the first time this season a Storm player has collected a weekly league honor.
