Three games of the FC Tampa Bay Rowdies preseason slate have been officially announced, with the side scheduled to face Major League Soccer’s FC Dallas and Philadelphia Union and the University of Tampa’s Mens team next month at Pepin Stadium.
The Rowdies will face FC Dallas on Friday, March 12 at 7:30 p.m., and FC Dallas will also face the Philadelphia Union on Sunday, March 14 at 7 p.m. as part of the 6th Tom Fitzgerald Soccer Festival.
Proceeds from the two games will go to the Tom Fitzgerald scholarship fund at the University of Tampa.
The Rowdies and the University of Tampa will face each other on Saturday, Match 6 at 7 p.m., which will likely be the Tampa area’s first chance to see the new team in action.
All proceeds from that game will be donated to the Haiti relief effort, a cause close to the heart of both the college and club with former Spartans and current Rowdies player Pascal Milien a native of Haiti whose family was affected by the earthquakes last month.
Completing the line-up is the Rowdies game against the Union, which will also be at Pepin Stadium on Friday, Match 19 at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Rowdies vs. UT, FC Dallas vs. Philadelphia Union and Rowdies vs. Philadelphia Union will all be $8 for adults (18 years and up), and $5 for children (17 and under), while the Rowdies vs. FC Dallas game will be $10 for adults and $5 for children.

Those will be good exhibitions for the Rowdies. They will be close to the start of the MLS season so who knows what Dallas or Philly will look like then.
Fun times!

Nick, I just wan’t to tell you again, great job! It seems like the team likes to hold information as long as they can and it looks like they weren’t planning on announcing these games any time soon. They still don’t have the info up on their site! Thanks for keeping them on their toes. Hopefully this will force the team’s management to be more open.

Its to the point that I dont really go to the OS anymore (rarely updated!), but instead come here! You have the best (and Only) updates on the team! Thanks as always!

OS? Sentinel? Only if you care about the reporter’s fav EPL team. Otherwise, I doubt he even knows the Rowdies or the Kraze for that matter exist.
