Robinson’s second-leading rusher last season has transferred to Plant.

Panthers coach Robert Weiner confirmed Tim Randolph is now enrolled at Plant and has begun off-season weight lifting with the team.

“When we watched Robinson on film last year, I don’t remember him on film because I think he was injured,” Weiner said. “So I really don’t know if he’s a good player. He came in the weight room today and he looked good, but we’ll have to wait and see where he fits in.”

Randolph, who will be a senior next season, could help fill a void in Plant’s offense led by the departure of seniors T.J. Glover and Allen Sampson. Last season for the Knights, Randolph averaged 5.3 yards per carry and finished the year with 71 carries for 376 yards and five touchdowns.

In other Plant news, senior defensive back/wide receiver Eric Dungy will be making an official visit to FSU this weekend. The Seminoles made Dungy a gray shirt offer, which means if he picks FSU, he wouldn’t enroll until next year.
