ST. PETERSBURG—The Rays may be disappointed with the bodies inside Tropicana Field—they drew 26,907 Monday for the first game of this three-game series with the Yankees.
But there are no shortage of fans watching on TV.
The David Price-CC Sabtahia match-up that ended in the 11th inning with Reid Brignac’s walk-off solo home run to give the Rays a 1-0 lead drew 9.4 avg. TV HH rating/169,925 HH.
That’s the third-highest rated game this season.
