NEW YORK— The George Steinbrenner memorial is in the middle of Monument Park and is, in a word, huge.
It might be larger than the one for Babe Ruth, which some traditionalists will argue is a bit much. No Ruth, no Steinbrenner.
The Rays and Yankees start a four-game series tonight. The Rays lead the AL East by half a game.
