ST. PETERSBURG Rays third baseman Evan Longoria said he will change his walkup music during his second at-bat tonight.
He was going to use a new song in every at-bat in an effort to change his luck at the plate, but his followers on twitter overwhelmingly said no.
So, Tantric’s “Down and Out” will still be played.
For now.
The Rays will try for their fourth straight win tonight when the face the A’s in the second game of this three-game series.
The last time the Rays won four straight this season was the last week in June.
Their longest winning streak of the season is five games.
A win tonight or Sunday will give the Rays three straight winning series for the first time since June.
