Rays v BoSox: Hernandez on the hill

PORT CHARLOTTE The Rays play host to the Red Sox this afternoon in the first game of a home-and-home weekend series. The teams meet Sunday in Fort Myers.
Roberto Hernandez gets another turn to show he’s worthy of a spot in the rotation. He is competing with Jeff Niemann for the last spot among the starting pitchers.
This will be the fourth appearance and third start for Hernandez. He’s allowed four earned runs in 10 innings.
