To further instill the “Ray Way” into their top prospects, the Rays will hold their first Winter Development Program from Jan. 11 to Jan. 14 at Tropicana Field.
Think of it as a mini-camp for the players, many of whom will be invited to big league spring training, which starts Feb. 18 when pitchers and catchers report to Port Charlotte.
The players will also make several appearances throughout the Tampa Bay community.
