Rays sign Balfour

The right-handed reliever agreed to a one-year deal Sunday for $2.05 million.
Balfour joined catcher Dioner Navarro and fellow relievers Lance Cormier and Randy Choate to avoid arbitration.
The Rays are still negotiating with their other arbitration eligible players - pitchers Matt Garza and J.P. Howell, shortstop Jason Bartlett, center fielder B.J. Upton and catcher Kelly Shoppach.
