TORONTO—Good afternoon from Rogers Centre, where the humidity is stifling with the roof closed. Hopefully that little matter will be addressed soon, as it’s quite nice outside today.
Before we get going, a minor-league note. The Rays have made their picks to play on the Phoenix Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League.
