Greetings from the Trop, where the Rays tonight will look to avoid being swept at home for the second time this season. The Yankees did the honors last time, albeit in a two-game series April 14-15—which also happened to be the last time the Rays lost at the Trop on consecutive days before the last two.
Scott Kazmir will be on the mound for the Rays, and they need a big-game performance from him. The Yankees rarely hit him hard, but their propensity for getting deep in counts could spell another tough night for the lefty.
