Prestwood picks up third offer

Plant City junior tight end Jordan Prestwood has picked up his third scholarship offer, this one coming from South Carolina, according to Raiders coach Jason Strunk.

Prestwood previously had received offers from in-state programs USF and Florida International, and he had the attention of several other Division I programs around the country. Strunk said he believes an offer from fellow in-state school UCF could come shortly.

Prestwood, who is 6-foot-6 and 255 pounds, had 26 catches for 311 yards and three touchdowns this season for the Raiders. He also had 14 tackles and a sack while seeing some time on the Plant City defensive line,
