Plant senior standout Michelle Taylor is the lone Tampa representative on this year’s FACA North-South Girls Basketball All Star roster. But that might not last.

The FACA chairman said a few more Tampa players could be added, possibly from Tampa Catholic, which recently won the 3A state basketball championship, or Jefferson, which reached the state final four for the first time in school history. The game will be held at Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach on March 20.
Taylor, selected to play on the South team, along with St. Pete Catholic’s Jerica Coley, led the Panthers this season in scoring (16.3 ppg), rebounds (6.5), assists (4.0), steals (6.1) and blocks (1.0). Sickles head coach Mark Key will be an assistant for the South team.
